Omni-Mount Window Antenna
The Omni-Mount antenna takes advantage of any cellular signal that is just outside of your window.
It can easily be moved to take advantage of the best signal available. Simply attach the ground plane to the window with
the suction cup. Then position the omni-directional antenna base onto the ground plane. The integrated cable
will allow you to position your cellular device several feet from the antenna.
NOTE...this antenna
is not to be used with a wireless 'repeater' system. However, it can be used with a 'direct connect'
amplifier system.
Once the antenna is in place, you can connect your cellular device to the coaxial cable by:
- Attaching an 'antenna adapter cable' that will fit to your cellular handset or
your wireless laptop modem (air card)...OR
- Connecting
the coaxial cable directly to your cellular device (wireless external modem, cellular amplifier, security alarm, etc).
The connector on the coaxial cable is SMA Male. If your antenna adapter cable or other component connector
is not SMA Female, you will need to purchase the proper 'connector adapter'.

Notice...
This kit comes with a separate 7' cable extension. While this will allow
you to move freely within your area, it may also reduce the amount of signal coming into your cellular device.
If you experience a low signal at your device, remove this cable extension and reconnect your device to the integrated cable.
If this does not improve the signal, you should reposition your antenna.
