ARC Freedom Antenna Plus™
Using the exclusive Universal Cellular Coupler, this antenna connects to all Wireless Phones or Wireless
PC Cards (including Wi-Fi) and can be used in a home, office or vehicle. When used in the home, the ARC Antenna sits conveniently
in its included desktop stand. When used in a high-rise building or hotel room, the antenna can either sit in its stand or
attach to the inside of the building window with the included suction cups. Likewise, when used in a mobile (vehicular) environment,
the antenna attaches to the inside of any glass window. When used with a cellular phone, the antenna is designed to reduce dropped calls and
static in fringe or RF challenged areas. When used with a Wireless PC Card, the antenna can improve
data-throughput rates by providing the PC Card with a stronger cellular signal. When combined with the Universal Cellular Coupler, the unique design of the ARC Freedom Antenna Plus™ allows it to work with ALL
cellular phones (including the new PDA-style units) using ANY cellular service provider in North American. Connect the Universal
Cellular Antenna Coupler to the phone using the supplied Velcro pads and the antenna is automatically
connected to the wireless device. If you want
a 'hard' connection from the antenna to your cellular device, choose the ARC Freedom Antenna. Rather than using
the Universal Cellular Coupler, the cable has a connector attached. OmniCell provides ARC Antennas and Antenna Adapter
Cables with the FME connector. If you adapter cable was purchased elsewhere, your connector may be TNC. A connector
adapter may be necessary. This unit is outstanding
for use with a docking station or fixed wireless terminal. A frequency range of 800 to 2500 MHz allows
this antenna will work with virtually any cellular network in the US including NEXTEL (iDEN) and "Wi-Fi". |
