Ordering and Payment
Payment must be made by credit card via PayPal, or by check mailed to Specialty Sales & Service,
at the time of order confirmation. Upon receipt of the order request, OmniCell Communications will send an electronic
invoice (to be paid through PayPal) or a standard invoice to be paid by check. Product will ship within 2 days after
receipt of payment (subject to availability).
Privacy and Security
We use PayPal to ensure you that your payment information/credit card number is always handled in
a secure manner. Your information is never transmitted over the public internet in an unsecure environment. PayPal
is governed by all federal rules and regulations for proper handling and storage of your information.

Equipment Warranty
All cellular equipment and accessories are covered by the original manufacturer’s
warranty for serviceability and workmanship. Specialty Sales & Service makes no warranties beyond those of the manufacturer.
Similarly, Specialty Sales & Service does not warrant the coverage area of the cellular service, the type or quality of
service provided, nor the monthly rates or fees for such service. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contract with
a cellular service provider for service on all cellular telephones.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to understand the proper use
of the device. Customer service numbers will be provided for the Cellular Wireless Terminal, the Docking Station, and accessories
where applicable. The cellular service provider will have a separate customer service number. The customer is free to use
any cellular service provider they choose. The customer must ensure, however, that this cellular agent is capable of providing
the type of service necessary to allow the equipment to function as designed. Any loss of equipment function due to a change
in service provider is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Digital Antenna, Inc. warrants, Antennas for five (5) years and Cellular
Amplifiers, Repeaters and Accessories for one (1) year, that its Products sold hereunder will at the time of shipment be free
from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Digital Antenna’s applicable specifications or, if appropriate,
to Customer’s specifications previously accepted by Digital Antenna in writing.
If products sold hereunder are
not as warranted, Digital Antenna shall, at its option either refund the purchase price, or repair or replace the product,
provided proof of purchase and written notice of nonconformance are received by Digital Antenna within five (5) years or one
(1) year of date of purchase and provided said nonconforming Products are, with Digital Antenna’ s written authorization,
returned in protected shipping containers. Digital Antenna will pay for transporting the repaired or exchanged product to
Customer.
This warranty shall not apply to any Products Digital Antenna determined to have been, by Customer otherwise,
subjected to mishandling, misuse, neglect, improper testing, repair alteration, damage, assembly or processing that alters
physical or electrical properties.
