Wilson #801201 Dual Band Direct Connect Amplifier. 

 

Will operate with all 800 (850) MHz and 1900 MHz frequencies except the iDEN (NEXTEL/Southern Linc) network.  Maximum 3-Watts of power for the 800 MHz band and maximum 2-Watts for the 1900 MHz band.

 

Requires an Exterior Antenna with Coaxial Cable and must connect to the cellular device with an Antenna Adapter Cable.

 

The Direct Connect (inline) Bi-directional Amplifier (BDA) improves RF coverage in areas with low signal strength.  The unit amplifies both 800 MHz (Cellular) and 1900 MHz (PCS) signals providing up to 3 Watts of output power on the 800 MHz band and 2 watts of output power on the 1900 MHz band.  It will increase your phones coverage up to 50 miles or more (under ideal conditions).

 

This 3-Watt Bi-Directional amplifier (BDA) will help to collect a cell signal areas with low signal.  This unit will work with all iDEN network carriers (NEXTEL/Southern Linc/etc).  It is not compatible with 800 MHz Cellular or 1900 MHz PCS providers.

 

This unit requires an External Antenna with Coaxial Cable, and must be connected to the cellular device with an Antenna Adapter Cable.

 

This amplifier has Automatic Gain Control and utilizes Power control Logic to remain within iDEN power output standards.

 

Note...The iDEN network and the Public Safety band are experiencing interference with one another.  At some point, NEXTEL will move their service to the 900 MHz band.  This move will require a replacement amplifier.
